Skye’s Shining Stars knows that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives. In 2019, our Non-Profit Organization was birthed realizing that by working together we can overcome our challenges much more efficiently.
Our Mission
Created to bridge the gap between the community and its youth. Utilizing outreach educational programs including but not limited to sports programs, educational health and welfare, community awareness programs and events.

Teen Podcast Corner
With this initiative, our goal is to promote a voice for our teens/families. With access to the right resources, people can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential. A "My Life Skills and Me" curriculum has been integrated throughout our programming. We evaluate our success in this field by gathering qualitative and quantitative data, and using that information to measure shifts and outline changes for our community needs.

We see every challenge as an opportunity, and this initiative helps us ensure that our community members are better prepared to manage the unforeseen situations they find themselves in when it comes to teen gun violence and personal crisis. We are invested in an innovative approach that empowers our community and delivers the support they need, when they need it.
